Where should first crew on Mars should live

Well where should first crew on Mars should live i.e. where should we build the base camps on Mars ? Well I think the base camps for the first crew should be built in the region of Utopia Plantia which is the largest impact basin on the planet Mars.

Well there is a huge amount of underground ice in the region of Utopia Plantia the volume of ice is equivalent to the volume of water in Lake Superior which is 12100 km^2 and the underground water could be used by the astronauts that will go on Mars for drinking,farming on mars and experimental purposes but we have to find a way to extract that ice in the form of water from the region of Utopia Plantia and that too inside a controlled environment in the base camp but how it will be done ?
Well I am currently working and researching on it and will post the answer to the question how we will extract ice from Utopia Plantia in a liquid form very soon.

Today after a long time we'll talk about the Space Flight Commercialization and how it affects Mars Mission.Well SpaceX has announced that Japanese  billionaire and online fashion tycoon Yusaku Maezawa would be sent to a trip to the moon.The  mission is planned for 2023, and would  be the first lunar journey by humans since 1972.The Commercialization of space travel would open the path to the Mars Mission.However the mission is planned for 2023 and the rocket from which Maezawa would be sent to Moon Trip the Big Falcon Rocket is not yet ready.
